1. Google up for this company, the first thing you need to know is, what the reputation of the company is. In which locations of the world the company has the presence. What the company really does?
2. What are the interview stages? Interview procedure. Does your profile match really for the company?
3. Call up someone you know who is working in this company, may be a senior. The purpose of doing this is to know the work culture and growth of the company! If you don't know anyone working with the concern, make best use of internet.
Once your preliminary investigation overs, you need to take care of the following things:-
1. You have come to know about the interview procedure in your preliminary investigation. Now time to prepare for it. Download previous question papers- as many as you get from the internet. Practice them. Most of the times you get questions from previous interview paper.
2. Plan your strategy. Bring up confidence in you! Plan every minute and every stage.
3. Prepare the HR interview questions. Write them down in a paper, questions like "tell about yourself" and "your strength, weakness " are seen common in a HR interview.
4. Plan what you are going to wear on interview day.
Finally, bring a lot of confidence in you. Think you have to grab the job at any cost. Confidence is the main thing in the campus placements, because they always want to hire people who has potential to learn their process and can add up to their profit.
